“Welcome from our Emcee” Heather Barron, Founder,  Luminous Life
+ Transformational Life Coach

Celebrant | Ceremony Design Specialist | Creator of “Officiate Like a Pro” | Veteran Wedding Officiant | Marriage Celebrant

Heather Barron is wildly passionate about helping couples kick off their marriage through designing and officiating highly personalized and deeply meaningful and joyful wedding ceremonies. I’m also a Couple’s Coach for pre-marital coaching, all the way through marriage (even supporting couples through the divorce process, if this becomes necessary).

Both fields of my work provide the opportunity to get to know people deeply. Marrying couples and creating beautiful, highly-customized ceremonies brings me alive. I also thrive in creating and supporting dynamic collaboration for individuals as well as couples through in-person coaching, online courses, community-building, resilience coaching, and supporting people through times of grief.

I bring ceremony into all aspects of my work – whether marrying a couple, or creating a powerful ritual to enhance my group coaching courses or one on one work with a client. Incorporating ceremony into all parts of my works brings a richness we need for nourishing, joyful, healthy, wholehearted lives.

In coaching, I utilize the power of deep listening, meaningful collaboration, self-reflection, a powerful toolbox, and HUMOR to help couples identify and breakthrough whatever keeps us from feeling strong in our relationships and connected to our partners.

Luminous Life was born out of a desire to thread more healing and joy in the world by helping people learn how to feel at home in their own skin. I’ve been a practicing Integral Life Coach since 2007, a professional workshop, women’s group and retreat facilitator since 2003, and Wedding Officiant since 2009 including becoming a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant in 2010. I’m also a creative writer, speaker and entrepreneur who is in love with the mountains where I share a cozy cabin life with my husband and sweet pup, Lucy-Lou.

Niki Stotler, President | CEO at High Country Bank

Niki Stotler’s career in banking began unexpectedly. An Iowa native, she spent college summers in Salida working for a rafting company. Her instincts were telling her not to leave Colorado just yet, so she applied to High Country Bank and started her job in the mortgage loan processing department. A love of banking was formed. Over the years, Niki worked her way up through the mortgage loan department and in 2007, was promoted to Vice President of Mortgage Loans. Things moved quickly after that and in September 2022, she took over as President and CEO of the organization. High Country Bank is a $435MM
community bank with five locations around the state of Colorado.

Niki loves how rewarding it is to lead an
organization that gives so much back to its employees and local communities. Also, giving her 2 daughters the opportunity to see their mom break down the gender norms for Bank CEO’s, “is one of the best gifts I could ask for.”
